Our baby cream is fragrance free, paraben free and is designed to help support the skin moisture barrier of babies.Paediatric dermatologists recommend moisturising your baby’s skin with baby creams that include gentle and emollient ingredients, such as ceramides and fatty acids that are also naturally found in the body and help maintain baby’s skin moisture barrier1. Ceramides: Ceramides are found naturally in the skin cell membrane as lipids or oils. They are known to help strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier and supporting skin health. Ceramides are an all-rounder ingredient in skincare and can be found in many different skincare products such as creams, serums, cleansers and more. Ceramides are also suitable for all skin types, and ideal for dry skin or suitable for use on mild eczema-prone skin as it helps support the moisture barrier.
Fatty Acids: Fatty acids are naturally occurring in the body and are found as lipids that form an important part of the skin’s topmost layer. Fatty acids in skincare products are used as emollients to help enhance moisture in the skin. This baby cream can be applied to clean skin both in the morning and at night or as often as needed. For best results, apply the baby cream after bathing your baby with the CeraVe Baby Wash & Shampoo.
